dentists.

Last week had to take the eldest so whilst there I booked all the kids for a check up

Asked could I have one aswell? Oh your dentist left (again) I'll ask if this one will take you . Comes back. Until your tooth is removed (referred in August) she won't take you

So that was annoying cuz it's litterally a check up, but dentists make their own rules so you go with it.

Called the clinic to chase. We have no record of your referral

Back to dentist. Oh sorry we sent to wrong email will do again

Called today nothing still at the clinic

So called dentist .. they said they won't send again? Erm? You wont remove this tooth for whatever reason you want the clinic to. You need to refer me. Why won't you simply resend an email? It takes 30 seconds

Called the clinic back to tell them and they going to get on the case and hopefully sort it

They have appointments next week I just can't have until they get the email

Edit ... the clinic called me back

Got in touch with them..they again used the wrong email

They said we can't resend until Friday as that dentist had to send it apparently

The clinic said they are talking rubbish and agree they are lol

Print your name out on a label or piece of paper, tape that onto your keyboard. No one will steal it after that, no one will simply take the label off. Try it, people are not the brightest on the whole.

Is there an IT department? If there is then give them a buzz and ask for a new keyboard. That way no one is left in “the cycle”

It turned up about halfway through the day. So I returned the one that I borrowed. No harm done. (Our IT department is in a different building since I'm project-based.)
