I've thrown my back out as well somehow. I don't know if it's golf-related or carrying my baby around on my shoulder related. But it's agony right across both shoulderblades. Got a huge bruise appear away from the puncture site which concerned me.

Pulled my back (dodgy deadlift form I think)

If you find a 'decent' courier for UK deliveries then let me know. They all have issues. The likes of DHL and Fedex, both generally very good, charge silly high rates for UK, they don't really want that business. The UK market is a race to the bottom and so that is the service you get.
