Random Irritations

Assume that was at NH Ian! Always felt a bit vulnerable when i had to go down there and get a laptop replaced or sorted :LOL::LOL:

I didn't know (or had completely forgotten) you worked for that lot!🤣🤣 I didn't just mean there!

I left in 2008. I still play golf with a chap from Tech Support there. Lovely bloke, but always looks like he slept under a hedge!
 
I have calmed down now.
Will sit down tomorrow with them and have a chat.

Then put in place whatever procedure is needed depending on their attitude.

Means I got to go into the office though which is annoying as I am also working Thursday & Friday this week covering holidays.

Write the chat up in an email afterwards and send it to them “to confirm.” Ideally, if it’s not their first time, take someone with you. If it’s detailed and witnessed, and they carry on being stupid, you’ve already started the process.

If they’re half decent, it might just be the shock they need to get them back on track.
