Not sure if Sky have some software that stops you ‘casting’ onto another device…

Does your tv have wifi/wireless

That will enable you to cast the screen onto the telly if you can pair with the telly

You can't cast sky, they don't allow it.

You can from a laptop using hdmi port, just use the TV as a screen

I used to do on my Mac using a lightening to hdmi adapter but on my laptop it now has hdmi port which works fine

We could never get that to work . I'm pretty sure you can't cast from your phone or tablet as in send it to the screen. Linking via cable makes more sense.

Yeah 100% can't do via phone etc. it's very annoying

But it's fine to have for example an Xbox with the sky go app and watch via the TV
But having a smart TV app? Forget about it

They wonder why people go to IPTV lol

Well, I am paying for Sky TV, so slightly different to scamming every channel in the universe.

Is using a vpn to pretend you are in the uk when you aren’t illegal?
