Professional Golf

Was that the orange pleb I see behind the Plexiglass ! If so not surprised the crowds are even less than the first 3 days.
It was. I think they might have some “paid actors” there today. Seems a bit busier than watching last night.

But still, can’t remember seeing smaller crowds, especially around tee boxes, on a PGA event. Never mind a signature event.

Agreed can’t remember seeing such a low attendance and poorly supported tournament. It’s certainly not really even been an interesting watch, a very poor advertisement for signature events.

Having watched pretty much all 4 days of this and might I say mainly through boredom as it’s been the least entertaining event of the year. But the course also just looks really boring!
I’ve been to a tour event there, one of the old WGC championships. It’s just another flat Florida course with lots of water.

Missed most of the golf - didn't look reight entertaining from the bits I watched and with the lead Cam Young had this morning it was never going to be an enthralling day of nip and tuck golf.

I watched a lot of the Cadillac even though I started to boycott for obvious reasons. Cam Young really played well and even though he was never really challenged, I found it entertaining. My thought is scheduling back to back big events right before the PGA Championship was a mistake. These "premiere events" were added because of LIV. If LIV does disappear, they should take another look at the practice. Of course we as fans want to see the best players compete against each other in events other than the majors and the Players. However, there are too many "designated tournaments", they're too close together and the "non-designated events" are suffering.
