Great to see the Clutch Tour has been made eligible for OWGR points in only it’s 5th year.

I think the Clutch tour took picked up a lot of the vacuum left by the shutting down of the old Eurotour - so this is great news for it and it's players.

This week's Pairs Comp on the PGA Tour is a great example of an opportunity for a mixed event.

Imagine Scotty and Nelly teaming up. 😁
They did have one towards the end of last year - the Grant Thornton Invitational? - great watch especially the scramble one day, fascinating watching the players playing from the same spot with different clubs and techniques. All the big name LPGA players played. I remember Leona Macguire’s partner being in awe of her putting in the scramble he said “I was told just to get it on the green and she’ll do the rest and she did!”
Played at Tiburon in Naples Florida which we played a few weeks later, top course.

Yeah it's a pity it isn't mixed.. Watched a bit of it last night and quite enjoyed it.. Some good pairings.. Fitzpatricks together.. Team Ireland with Rory n lowry.. Theegala n Zalatoris, Cantlay n schauffele, molinari n Donald.. seen Thompson was playing and expected it to be mixed and lexi playing... But wasn't to be.. Lol... Even Dahmen was playing well.. Should be interesting later as alternate shots for round 2.
