Ping CFS vs XP R300?

I’ve played Ping Irons for a few years now, from G10 to G20 to G25. The latter two models are the CFS shaft in regular. Think they weigh 99g and no problems, a little high, but combined with the G25 head, it’s what they’re designed for I guess.

How do CFS shafts compare to ‘Dynalite Golf XP R300s’? Are these a little heavier? Lower ball flight?
