Did it about a week ago, they dont take the programs off but stop the charges

So you can keep watching the channels as they currently are - they just don't take the money from you for that reduced pleasure - only reduced as some of the films of 1980s and 90s majors are very enjoyably nostalgic.

If content is continuing for those that have paused, why not just pause everyone’s payments? Unless it is only continuing as you have paid upfront?

The only sports subscription I have like that is Premier Sports for the NHL and I cancelled that on the spot. My MLB subscription for the 2020 season will be dealt with in due course.

Cancelled or Paused? I paused mine by phone and still have all the sports channels as of 2 minutes back.

HID did it and we thought we'd paused it on 18/3 but just had bill for period 15/3 to 14/4 and been billed for it but cant see any channels. Follow the red button to upgrade and would be £21 per month for 18 months. Current wait time on phone 1-2 hours so will be job for her in the morning, it's in her name

I guess Sky figure that not everyone will pause, so they will continue to get some additional revenue.

Paused both BT & Sky Sports thro' Virgin Media Web-site..... both still accessible but must say I haven't explored them recently as too busy getting my veg plot upto speed.
