Sky contract

To be honest that is a bit of a rubbish deal. I know new customers tend to get better deals but looking at Sky's website, you can get Signature and full Sports for £51 a month. I have always found ringing up and speaking in person is better than any of the webchats. Never managed to get some of the amazing deals you hear about where they (apparently) get 6 months free, etc, but usually get a decent enough discount.

EDIT: You also said you were paying £20 a month and were complaining it was going up by £15 a month - total £35 a month. You now appear to have complained and got £57 a month. Not the best negotiating there!
No, £20 was for Sky Sports only.

We are finally getting broadband so have signed up for EE/BT package which includes 12 live Sky Sports channels, 4 TNT Sports channels, Sky Cinema, NOW Cinema, Discovery+ and much more. 500Mbts download and all for less than we are paying for Sky TV at the moment.

OK, I have got it reduced to £57. Can’t spend any more time on this.
Sky Signature, Sky football and Sky Golf.
I would definitely go ahead and cancel if that’s the best they are offering you. Once you have cancelled, they will email you and write to you with what should be a better deal. Like I said, I just agreed £42.50 for Sky Signature and Sky Sports Complete. Feel free to quote that to them.

I got a Sky Q box for the first time earlier this year.

The installer signed me up for a good deal (Sky Signature and Sky sports for £20 per month).

This was meant to be for two years, but six months in they email me to say price going up £15 next month.

Plan on contacting them, hopefully without telephone, I see they have a Facebook Help Page.

Anyone any experience of getting contract help through that?

As I recall correctly, they can do this but if you are in contract you can dispute it and can cancel your deal. Whether or not you find a better offer or not is another question.

Edit to add - I see that you appear to be sorted
