Luke lost out on his thrid play-off hole to make him finish 2nd, so Sorry luke Hopefully you can do it next time!!!!

But i know people dont think Westwood deserves to be No.1, But well done to him to getting back to the top!!! Atleast there is 3 Europeans in the top 3 of the world rankings.

So Go Europe!!!

Was an exciting weekend of golf.

Very pleased that Lee is back on top of the pile again - although it would have also been great for Luke to get there and have a turn.

To hit 2 into the same bunker on the 18th must have been a gut rencher for him but I thought he had that chip back - would have been an awesome par.

Ian Woosnam, David Duval and I think Fred Couples became world number one before winning a Major.

Also would winning one Major entitle you to become the best golfer in the world??

All the major lovers should be putting a higher number on it really for careerer majors. Put three on it and Greg Norman, Ian Woosnam, Fred Couples, David Duval, Martin Kymer and Tom Lehman should be stripped.

I mea what is one major event in the careerer of a number one golfer?? Peanuts.

Personally I don't care if he ever wins one he deserves to be number one.

Glad that Lee got back to No 1 by winning instead of they way it happened last time - got to No 1 without even playing.

Shame for Luke but his chance will come soon enough.

Great to see two Englishmen ranked in the top three. Lee Westwood has been the most consistent player over the last two years, although Luke Donald is showing the best streak of form of anyone in world golf at the moment.

Lee or Luke, I'm happy for either to be up there.

It's great to see European tour players taking the top spots, better to see a Brit (inc Dodgers mob), best to see the English competing for it.

Hell, I'd be happier for Poulter, Casey, Dyson to be in the mix (not sure about Rock though!)
