Not a fan. The idea as far as I'm concerned is to go out and enjoy the sights and sounds on the course. Sometimes have headphones on at the range if I am working on tempo

Did you play round with Arthur AskeyOnce tried it to a bit of classical music. The Flight of the Bumblebee came on and I got round 9 holes in 17 minutes!

I played on my own on Monday evening after work - the thought to play with headphones on never even crossed my mind.
I'm comfortable enough with my own company, and I crack myself up with the crap I spout when i'm on my own - probably no different to when i'm with others come to think of it.
I wouldn't want to give anybody cause to complain about me on the course, my golf is bad enough!
