Not sure there is a lot of difference as the office is about 100 yards from where she lives (on site). By being in the office she is a presence for members playing who may have questions, is there to take phone calls (as the OP has proven not getting a reply when calling to make enquiries is annoying) and to keep the day to day duties ticking over
Sure, that makes a difference obviously, was more a general observation that there is little reason for a club manager to be on site during these times, and certainly not full time. There will always be specific situations which are difference, like the individual living on site in your case.
I think the presence is important, especially during the main part of the day when we have the majority of members on site playing each day. She isn't working full time and because she is on site can be flexible
Keep trying7 days a week (as you said previously - before anyone thinks otherwise) is not full time? Is she taking less money? You should be paying her double for holding the whole thing together for the Members of RAGC!!!!
