Midweek comp success??

After having a good medal score on sunday, my run of form continued tonight with a 44pt return (17over) and hopefully enough to win.

I was playing very well until i tried to play safe on 17th only to put it the drink! Even if i dont win i'm still on course for a 2 shot cut

My target 18.4 might be reached before october if my form continues. I only used my driver on the 1st today as my 3 wood is working well at the minute.

not for me tonight! bad case of par three shermans. Although i did manage to hit a fine recovery into 6" from my first one from 70 yards. 34 points up .1 and now off 17

Having to miss out on the Midweek Stableford tomorrow as some numpty's booked their driving test when I should be on the 9th tee!!
Have to wait till next month now to try to get that cut to singles.

Almost me and you together!!!!!!

Played the Tuesday Optional Medal and scored a 66 and got a cut to 8.5 (Damn CSS) also got beat better inward half for the win. That's two 66's (4 under) in the last three weeks and on both occassions CSS came down a shot, so if it had stayed at 70 I'd be off 8.1 DAMN DAMN DAMN.

On a better note I did have 2 x 2's so I'll get a few pounds back for them and a few pounds for finishing 2nd

Haha no bill my new 3 wood is flavour of the week this week, hitting it like a dream for now.
