Looking forward to the masters this year.
A bit of an edge with LIV and PGA players coming together. Really can’t wait to see the draws for the groups. Hopefully there will be some interesting pairings. 😂😂

The world will pause for his press conference at least.

Who knows. Maybe the hills are to steep for him even if he is hitting it well.
More likely he will make it than miss it I guess, but then withdraw on Saturday.
A new type of Super Honorary Starter.

Hoping the Europeans can be up there. I remember watching as a teenager in the 90,s and the Europeans were always ready for the Masters.

Apparently the odds on Rory winning are longer than any LIV player winning....

Which is fair enough, and to each their own. But Tiger is box office beyond even the leaders.

I totally agree. I always say "thank you" to Tiger for drawing my attention to a sport that I had hitherto ignored. And he's still an amazing talent despite what some folk think of him.

Two themes that will prevail:

'Why is Tiger getting so much coverage?'

'It's not even a proper major.'

The moaning on these sort of threads are more exaggerated and ridiculous than you'll hear from an over enthusiastic pornstar.

Not even a proper major - you dont hear that anymore. Its been gone 30 years.
Quite the contrary - if not 1st, its invariably second behind whichever Open side of the Atlantic you come from.
It is now THE major universally.

I’m just looking forward to hearing that apparently the course is actually hillier than it appears on TV.
Years ago, I sat with a mate in a pub with a 3d telly wearing silly glasses and appreciating just how much hilliness there was.

As for too much Tiger and not really a major, I agree with both of these, but I'll still be watching...

Are the groups drawn or is it a case of the organisers wanting x amount of feature groups? I’d like to think the former.
