Losing weight/fitness thread

Down to 112.9kg now so that's steady loss by looks.

Nights this week going to be interesting, hardest time to not snack and the first night is an entire extra meal so mucks up the tracker lol

I'll be happy if at my weigh in next Thursday that I'll have maintained what I am now especially with curry night Saturday and probably shish Sunday. Rest of week will be simmer meals
 
No fitness work, but now a stone lighter since the end of last year. The back is even being less painful, so depsite what the doctors say, a return to work is on the cards for week after next. Still not swung a club properly yet though.

Unfortunately the tuck shop is just there.. some idiot runs it (me) and id just got a load of stuff delivered so I did have a couple of bags of Doritos. However it didn't turn into many , I then didn't have my protein bar to allow for the calories a bit. The first night is the hardest breaking through the being awake 26 hours. However the rest will be slightly easier. Hopefully anyways

Onto targets. Well I don't actually know anymore. I had a look at my fitness app and turns out I've used this app everytime I've tried to lose weight since 2014 so had a look back and this is the lowest weight I've been since 2016 (117kg) so is the lowest weight in 11 years.

Found some smaller golf trousers on eBay to tided me over as I have 1 pair that fit ATM. Everything is hanging off me. (Found a guy selling 2 pairs of unused druids for £35. That will do) Then some jogging bottoms as all mine fall down if I have my keys in my pockets lol. Anything with a belt is fine and luckily I kept my old Levi's so my jeans are sorted.

Back to targets maybe I could see if I can push to 105kg as that's 16.5 stone roughly and if I saw 16 on the scales at anytime I wouldn't be disappointed. But if I can reach and maintain 110kg I'll be more than happy.

At that point now tho when do I bite the bullet and get my trousers taken in or buy new and have just incase trousers lol 🤣
 
1lb off this week, 14st 8lb. The lowest since August. Going to try to swim a few lengths this week, alongside the running and lifting the small weight that I do.

One of the best parts about losing weight is shopping for new duds. Once you reach what you think will be the target then go nuts and treat yourself
 
When I do nights, I try really hard to stick to my normal(ish) eating times.
Breakfast when I get back home in the morning (just before I go to bed).
Lunch when I wake up (around 1430).
Dinner as late as I can before I go in.
Just drink (black tea) when I'm working.
It's pretty grim, but then everything about nights is grim, I just write the week off. Luckily I don't do them too often.
 
Back in the gym last night. More cardio than anything. Again was just going to do an incline walk but got bored so did a minute running/jogging and a minute walking with a couple of 2 minute jogs chucked in randomly. Going again tonight. Meal prepped this week so managed to not chuck away what I've done for the last 4 months.
