Losing weight/fitness thread

Not really just wanting to see if I can get rid of this last bit of belly fat.
Calorie deficit, you can’t lose fat by doing exercise on the troubled area so to speak.
Just keep on doing what you’re doing and it will come, it just takes time, hence why most people sack of the gym about now as they don’t get instant results.

Never happening for me I’m afraid 😂😂😂

It is mad and those who have an awesome 6 pack have really sacrificed to get it, never mind maintain it. I imagine those actors/models who look great on screen have cut very hard for the week/days leading up to the shoot and look quite different within a day or two of eating normally.

Weigh in tonight 115.1kg solid kg lost this week

Simmer meals are lovely

Unfortunately still haven't got the other effects fully gone yet but working through them.
Are you sure the ‘other effects’ are from the jabs? You only had a couple so I would be surprised (and worried) if they were still causing problems after a couple of weeks.

Monthly round up for me:

118 miles
Over 20 runs
Averaging just under 6 miles a go.

3lb lost, was hoping for more but I need to be realistic, I snack far too much through the day. So need to look at that this month.

Just goes to prove you can't run away from a bad diet :(

Good idea for month end

I'm down 3.4kg or 7 1/2lb (smidge over half a stone) in 4 weeks
Exercised every day bar one, mostly 5km walking or rucking with a jog once a week (but that's not much different to what I was doing in 2024)
Next month I need to switch to less time doing steps and start weights/core flex

edit : Oh and add in about 20-25 hours spent on practice range, short game and putting and squeezed in 7 rounds of golf (there has to be a purpose to all this weight loss malarky ;) )
