LIV Golf

The only thing exuding here is excrement from Dunesman Towers
What ? Thats a pretty fair analysis and quite the consensus view in the wider world and I think with most poster here who have now come around to the view that LIV hasnt succeeded. And is just waiting now, or going through the motions as a ghost tour, until the PIF and PGAT come down on whether there is something worth saving or retooling in it.
Is there an alternative plausible view ?

It moved it more and more toward a legends or seniors tour, butbon the positive side, it show some form of LIV option is bring kept open for yye moment. These type of placeholders keep the structure in place rven if of no real golfing relevance thrmselves, but proper PGAT player could be switched in for them if that comes out of the deal. A merger with the PGAT champions tour could be the most synergistic mix, so Poulter and the likes would still be a draw in that format.

Daft thing to make up. Would like to know more detail to if it is the players who are making up the numbers or the core members who would still challenge and make the PGA stronger.

We’ll theres no logical reason for the top players who still have access to Majors, to leave so…

Update on the state of play from The Guardian, who can be taken as impartial, and certainly not trolling.
Takeaways :
- closing down LIV is a live topic in any deal, PGAT seemingly holding firm on that element
- a deal does not seem close, with PGAT confident enough to rebuff 1.5bn offer
- Yassir does not believe LIV has been respected (personal view - respect is earned, he needs to ask himself why it isnt respected rather than complain that it isnt)

How do you term the success of LIV? The Liv owners are pumping money into it to increase their GDP. Viewing figures won’t bother them if they achieve the higher GDP they want.

From a fan perspective they are probably looking at more venues like Australia which has been a such a success they’ve just extended the venue contract out 10yrs.
