The Handicap allocations is now 0.6 of the Lower HC and 0.4 of the Higher Handicap then combined

They removed 7/8ths two years ago

My place still does half combined, as it makes the maths easier. Most golfers don't do maths. A lot can't even add their scores up properly.

ours are half combined Foursomes and 7/8ths in Greensomes, combined difference

I'd like to play against you in greensomes (assuming you'll be giving us shots).

I think you probably meant to say 3/8ths?

could be, but surely LP can't be wrong as well, he says 7/8 was out two years ago
