I like to think there is a certain someone sitting on your shoulder shouting the occasional " you can't say that you wazzock" with a Huddersfield accent

You're right, those 2 days before my birthday last August will now always be a reminder to me on how and why we should live our lives to the fullest and it has certainly made me look at things, and some people a little differently.

That should be a Uddersfield accent. Rick would have loved them being 4th in the table, but not so happy they are behind the mighty Royals.

I did purposely set out at the start of the year after getting an 8 pointer late December to take a step back and not get wound up or rise to the known knobheads, I purposely didn't post replies or post as much on some things so I didn't get drawn in, I did this all the way to August and it felt good. Then with Rick's sudden passing that underlined that decision and the rest is history as they say.

I'd like to think I can see it through, but I am human and we all have buttons that can be pressed, but let's hope that side of me is all in the past now....:mmm: (although I'm allowed back at the Bridge now )
