Welcome, nice post. Not bad swing for someone so new to the game, I'd suggest your left hand grip is wrong as you are not hinging the club properly in your backswing... pretty good though considering.

Thanks for the tips, I'm always trying to work on something everytime I hit the range, this time I was focusing on reducing my shoulder turn. Which I was pretty happy with. Perhaps my grip suffered as a result, it's still not quite second nature to me yet.
