Ingenious or memorable company names.

Double glazing company near us named "Pane in the Glass"

An apocryphal tale. When Power Gen opened a subsidiary in Italy it was named PowerGen Italia.
Briefly.

Reminds of a story my mates Mrs told us. She is a midwife specialising in antenatal care, on a home visit she visited a young couple who were having a girl. She asked had they thought on names and they said they had a few ideas but really fancied the name Jenna, she said it was a lovely name but said to them should really talk about it in full name terms and re-consider. Jenna Taylor didn't eventually float their boat.

I used to work with a lad called Richard Head...and one of my physics teachers was James Riddle. And back in the day of getting printouts from mainframe computer runs our usernames were a combination of our first names initials and our surname. So I smiled an undergraduate humour smile every time I saw output for Rob S Hole
