How Much For a Club Sweater

I can't play in club matches due to the type of membership I currently have.
But I've got to be honest.
If I were selected to play for the club I would consider it an honour and wouldn't hesitate in forking out for a club sweater/tie whatever.
Good man - that will get you selected (eventually)

Living in the west of Scotland allows me you pick up some lovely club jumpers/shirts from the sale rack of many of the clubs I have visited as nobody else will buy/wear the green ones.

Most recent was a lovely green Glasgow Gailes crested Lyle and Scott jumper for less than £30. :)

Did pay £45 for a club crested jumper a few years back although I used some 2's money for that. Not sure how much they are now???

As much as I proudly represent the club I do struggle with having to fork out £45 for a club jersey when I might only play 2-3 representative matches a year. Fortunately our (mandatory) team uniform is a club polo shirt - and the club has this year decided to supply these - though as many players play in the teams we'll be handing them back in after wearing them for the team captain to wash and iron.

I play in a few club matches. These aren't league games and we have to pay for our own jumpers and club shirts. We've played other clubs where they wear team shirts with "team player" or similar which they get from the club. It's a nice gesture but the whole ethos of these matches from our club perspective is to give as many members as they can a chance to play so this would be an expensive outlay

At our club if you play for one of the teams you can get a callaway polo with the club crest on it for £10
but if you want a jumper your looking at £50 plus. I think the first team get a better discount than the rest of us but couldnt swear to it :)
