When I got fitted the amp out performances the i20 buy miles, although I did prefer the head shape.
Which did you enjoy hitting and gave you the best feeling and confidence ?

The r11, but picking it up from the bushes on the wrong side of the adjacent fairway was not constructive to good scoring.
Easy, get yourself a couple of lessons like I have done and start hitting the ball like an utter chimp. That will put you off nicely. In fact it might even put you off playing for a few weeks like its doing for me.So i popped into my pro shop today after having a spare half hour i went and did some putting.
Having a coffee and a chat, 5 minutes later i am in the net with a TM TP MC and oh my goodness how nice? So how do i stop myself thinking i need to swap to these when i know full well my Rbladez are awesome (ok a bit chunkier and not forged) but still awesome!
Also on the lookout for shaft options for my driver to save me testing out the SLDR, i25, Amp Cell and any others that may be worth having a whack with! oh i hate golf shops, why do i go in them?!
I loved my R11 - wonderful driver
Cried when I stopped using it ( well not really but was a little sad )
It took me a good 6 months maybe longer to get used to the R1 and forget the R11
I just find the newer r11s and r1 massive to look at , can't click with them!
It takes a while mate - took me months
Maybe try the jet speed or SLDR ?
I'd like the sldr 430 but not at a million pound per bat with spaghetti shafts as standard.

I say this but this was with a stock shaft, we ruled out the head pretty quickly in favour of the amp. What I will say is I notice the r11 seems to have an explosive face... Couple that with a low launch stable shaft and not that crap blur thing and it should be fun. Currently have a whiteboard and hd6 lined up.
I hear what your saying about funds, but the i25 is completely different to the i20 in performance.
The numbers are really quite extraordinary, and as a rule I don't like much Ping drivers so it's a big surprise to me, as I said been a Titleist guy mainly and just maybe over two weeks ago after using a 910 D2 since it first cane out, finally bought a 913 D3 nothing at all wrong with it good numbers for me slightly better than the 910.
I sort of hit the i25 by mistake, only because I was giving a friend a lesson, completely blown away by the numbers after a maybes 20 minutes on the practice ground with Trackman.
So I can see if it performs the same at this weekend I have it on loan, may well be spending some more dollars and have a fair few drivers in my golf den!
Sorry I was talking about the I20 and 25 irons !! Doh my error![]()
Lusting after new shinys is like lusting after a beautiful married woman, you can admire, you can think what if you were mine, you might even touch, stroke it and let it see what it feels like running through your fingers, but if you cross the line the shine will fade and the current shiny will take on a whole new shine......
plus your balls will never be the same again

There's a review of the I25 driver on Rick Shiels (sp?) youtube channel. He is as surprised as the coach by the numbers he gets.
Seems that this driver really does give some extraaaa to those who can play a bit.
Are there two homers??Interestingly Mark Crossfield has done a 3 wood review comparing the G and I25 and he is amazed at the extra distance the I model is giving him even though he has had the G25 in the bag. I like the look of the I25 driver but it isn't worth £300
