Went to the range yesterday and was using a large blue rubber tee and a small white rubber tee. Was hitting my driver off the blue one, and my 3 and 4 hybrids off the white one, and they were going pretty well.

I asked the guy the at the range previously which castle tees are equivalent to the large blue tee, and he said the 2 and a quarter inch pink ones, but I'm not so sure. The pink ones look a bit short by comparison, and I definitely hit the ball better at the range than using the pink ones on the course.

Conversely, the 2 and 3 quarter inch orange ones look too big compared to the blue one!

Same with the small white rubber tees, I thought they mapped onto the one and a half inch blue castle tees, but looking at them now, the blue ones look too small!

Is there a standard mapping for these?

No.

I have my own driving range tees, cut to my preffered length, and on the course use long white wooden tees pushed in till they look right.

Pink tees are too low, orange too high.
