Just joined the site yesterday so thought I'd say a quick hello .
My names Rick and I play at Aldwickbury Park in Hertfordshire. Only joined there in May after a 6 year gap during which I just played society & corporate golf days. Prior to this I played at Whitehills in Dane End, (near Hanbury Manor) where I was Vice Captain, but a new job meant that I couldn't devote enough time to the duties
I love my golf and play in all weathers all through the year.

I've played Aldwickbury a couple of times, once with a mate, once with a Stevenage-based society. It is the 16th that you need oxygen on isn't it? Long, dragging, uphill Par 5 stuck right at the end of the round?

Yes it is the 16th that finishes most people off. Always nice to hit the green in 2 so you can save the energy for the walk up the hill!!!!!

Is that the one with the Japanese hot spa the size of a swimming pool??? If so, played it a few times, but not played the new course yet. Will definitely drop you a line to meet up for a game at mine or yours. Thanks for the offer.
