HELP.... H4H H/C Challenge 2018 - Spreadsheet

I am arranging the H4H handicap challenge again this year and I could do with a bit of help /advice. Last year the spreadsheet I used wouldn't upload onto the thread (exceeded max size?).

Is there anyone who could help me set up the s/sheet so it can be uploaded, once set up I will update and issue on a monthly basis.

Have you got somewhere that can host or where you can upload the sheet? Perhaps turn it into a PDF for ease or reading, then provide a link/URL where people can download it.
