Surprised there has not been more discussion on this topic, perhaps there is another thread. Where is the new Appendix D Handicap Review? The Committee Actions pages 70/74 also gone? Would someone kindly point me to the new official guidance as to how to conduct a Handicap Review which lists the WHS Platform reports to run and consider prior to the Review.

Yes Appendix D is there and has been modified to become (as expected) even more unclear and convoluted than before. No link or list of any WHS platform reports to run.
Are the following the reports I need to run: Handicap Review Report, Soft Cap/Hard Cap, Last played to handicap, Exceptional Scores last 20 rounds, 9 hole v 18 hole scores, and Competition V General Play scores? Any more?

Is this not only applicable to USGA jurisdictions using GHIN; the toolkit essentially providing the same/similar reporting that has been available via dotgolf for committees within GB&I?

You should follow the rules and guidance published in your jurisdiction; e.g for England:
But yes, you should run all reports that may assist with review.

wje, As always thanks for your assistance. Guidance is in the Rules of Handicapping 2024. The v2.7 omits Appendix D.
