Best way to play the top courses for great prices is get your handicap down below 5 and enter the open competitions.
Sounds like a good idea to me, lets see, I've gone from 28 to 23 in 3 years so down to 5 should take about another 11 years which will make me too old. Damm.

I pay £630 a year and think that's about reasonable for where I play.
Would have to be somewhere spectacular to think about shelling nigh on £300 a month to play my golf before I've bought a drink!
