I have flat feet and sometimes suffer from Plantar Faciiitis can anybody recommend a spineless shoe that may help. There are lost of spiked shoes seem better models than the spikeless so that may be the only way

What one of my doctors recommended is replacing the insoles on the shoes to ones designed to help with flat feet. Lots of different makes a available just a net search.

I did this for all my shoes originally until I had a specialist make up ones specific to me.

Most of the major shoe manufacturers make spike less shoes now.

I've currently a pair of Footjoy Pro SL and Nike Air 270. Both spike less and both very comfortable. The Nike are narrower and feel more supportive and comfortable to me. They have eliminated a pain I was getting in the instep of my right heel when playing golf.

You could have a look at Skechers. They make very comfortable shoes in spiked and spikeless.

I also have flat feet and the only shoe ive had zero issues with is footjoy and ive tried a few of their models now. Adidas always wear down at the heel but comfy enough, likewise Puma. Ecco ive had mixed experiences with but found myself between sizes, havent tried Under Armour and currently have a New Balance lightweight spikeless shoe that I bought in the states and find it as comfy as any ive had.

I always go back to footjoy though, I have 4 pairs I currently rotate and 1 pair of Dryjoys tour are 9 years old now and all I've did is re-spike them. ProSL shoes are top notch.

I had problems with my feet.
I got measured on a Brannock machine and one foot is 10 and one 9.
I wear footjoy as they are the best fit for me.
I got a pair of custom made contours and they really helped with my foot pain.

There are special insoles for golfers can’t remember the name , a Google search should identify them but their not cheap.

Not sure if it relates to Plantar Faciiitis, but I suffer with with bad build up of hard skin on the balls if my feet(postman’s foot)

I tried a good percentage of high end shoes (footjoy sports and pro sl, puma cell and fusions) and after a few rounds from new they began to aggravate it. I purchased a pair of Adidas boost trainers and they were like slippers, I have now worn the boost golf shoes (specifically the boost 360 spiked) an they never bother my feet at all. I’d strongly suggest trying them, the thick bio foam sole should really help.

I wear Adidas boost walking boots and would agreed they are extremely comfortable. For some reason my feet just don't get on with their golf shoes.

Might be a stupid Q, but re: Spiked vs Spikeless, I wondered if there are any golf-related places (driving ranges, indoor golf studios, some courses) - not the clubhouse, where spiked shoes would not be allowed?
