Dreaming up the plans for the Machrahanish May Oddysey and I am thinking of a round at Kilmacolm on the way to our overnight resting place of Port Bannatyne on the Isle of Bute.

Have any of the guys played here and if so is it as nice as it looks on the video?? :)

After the Friday round it's ferry to Bute, couple of ales and an early start, ferry off the island and drive to Portavadie to catch the ferry to Tarbet then onto Machrahanish for the Open. After the round it's the reverse journey back to Bute for a night oot in Rothesay before a round on Sunday at Rothesay then ferry/drive home.....looking forward to it and it is keeping me going through these dismal winter days..it's pishing down with snow at the moment! :(

Probably have to count me out for this one, meant to be going on family holiday to Florida in May. I say meant to be, because, guess who we had booked with ------yes-----Globespan. Busy searching for new flights and car hire
