I do all three at different times; carry, electric trolley and manual power trolley.
I'm very swift in all three cases, but the electric trolley lets me move the quickest of all.
Off the tee with a driver, press the button off we go, put head cover back on driver and club back in the bag while walking.
Same kind of thing for shots from the fairway.
Same when carrying. Put club in bag after picking up back and walking.
Gets my goat when others can't move forwards until everything is stowed.

I was a runner/sprinter in my younger days and still move quickly in general. I find that for slow movers it is more a state of mind rather than their equipment.

Pull cart is the slowest. Never have two hands free. Usually do this when playing with vintage clubs.

Mix of sweet and salty is my preference. I love the anticipation of popping a piece in my mouth and not knowing what flavour is going to hit my palate.

As for the OP, what a load of rubbish. Slow walking is in my mind the largest contributor to slow play but I would have thought an electric trolley speeds things up. How slow would they walk with an extra 10kg on their shoulders?

I could walk quicker with my electric trolley but then I would have less energy to hit the ball, be 20yds shorter, and my handicap would go up by half a dozen shots.

Seriously, players not walking as fast as they could do with their electric trolleys is not a major reason for long rounds imo.

Not being ready when it’s their turn.
Everyone marking cards before anyone tees off.
Leaving bags/carts/trolleys in daft places round the green.
Agree on the copying pros aspect, but also includes freezing over the ball for 30 seconds trying to remember their 6 swing thoughts.

I am not the fastest walker, but I don’t take practice swings for full shots or putts, and unless my ball is in the fairway in front of others (fairly rare) I am usually ready to go when others behind me have played.
I do try to feel break with my feet but only take a quick look from behind my ball not walk around every angle.
I don’t care if the flag is in or out for most putts.

Setting my trolley slower than I walk usually means I get bored
Setting my trolley faster than I walk usually means I have to pick it out of a ditch.
Setting my trolley at about my normal walking pace usually works fine.
And popcorn, any, yuk.

Think the OP might be talking about me. I forgot to recharge my battery for Saturday and it packed in on the 14th hole. Nothing heavier or slower than pushing a powerless electric trolley in the mud for 4 holes!

In all seriousness, the only thing that legitimately makes trolleys slower than carrying is where the greens are roped off, like ours have been for a couple of months. Totally pain having to go miles out of the way to get round the back/side of the green!

Can’t believe you guys ( or myself now) are feeding him……. But I do like a little bit of popcorn with my salted butter..
I couldn't help myself this time! 🤣 But I've only joined in the conversations about popcorn, or posting milkfloat pictures! The other bit I'm ignoring... 😉
And salted butter on popcorn? How very American of you. 😆
