I mean really hate.
So much so that even going against their normal compassionate outlook they wish the most painful, agonising end for them?
Apologies if I have offended anyone but unfortunately I am finding myself feeling this way at the moment.

Can you not move jobs?

All I know is car sales Bob and at 54 mate there aren't that many vacancies going around. Firms want young guys that they can "mould" to follow a set system. I'm too set in my ways now, and in a way too experienced.

Self employed?

Instead of spending on all the latest Ping offerings, maybe you should try and get a small fleet of cars and build from there.

Just a thought.

I'm not self employed and even if I had any inclination to do so I wouldn't invest my money in cars that's for sure.

So your actually quite lucky to have a job?
A job which pays you enough to play golf all over the place.
A job which gives you enough time off to play golf all over the place.
A job which pays you money to chat up the pretty customers.
A job which can be reached within a 10 minute drive.
A job which is not full of stress.
Remind me, where are you now?
At work?
The simple answer is plant some drugs on him and get promoted :D

I used to work for a guy I couldnt stand, so I unloaded him and ended up with the sack, not a good move for you I would suggest.

I know exactly what you mean about moving jobs now. All the main agents want young pretty-boys in cheap suits with silly haircuts.

They want these kids as they can pay them peanuts and dispose of them willy-nilly when they dont make unachievable targets a lot of the time.

The other thing is they want puppets. They want people who speak from a script and have a pre-meditated corporate sales structure to everything they do.

The old-school car dealer is a dying breed mate. I feel like a dinosaur and I am only 30. This is why I am glad to be self-employed although to be honest, I dont earn what I did when I was gainfully employed.

I sympathise totally mate, seriously, if you want someone to take him for a walk in the woods..........

No I'm not at work at the moment Bob I'm at home. I'm doing the "late" shift which will see me in the office until 7.30 this evening.
I don't consider myself "lucky" to have a job...I'm good at it and have proved myself over the years to be a good salesman.
I just hate my boss.
I don't tend to hate people. Dislike a few, and try to get on with most.
But I actually hate this bastard which is an unusual feeling for me.

If you don't like working for somebody then self-employed is the best option.

If this is not an option for you, then pretend you like him when you have to.

You could always just tell him why you don't like him and maybe he'll change his ways just to please you!

I hate this guy. I know it is a strong word and emotion, but that's how I feel.
He can call me what he likes, say what he likes about me but when it affects my earnings, that's when I kick.
He has just pulled yet another stunt that sees him putting over £4k in his own back pocket when I recently sold his BMW but has manufactured the payment method so I don't earn a penny myself out of the deal.
It is just one of a catalogue of things he is doing at the moment to limit my earnings.

Why not catalogue all these events properly and then threaten him with a constructive dismissal case. Is he the big boss or can you go higher?

He is not the "big" boss, but the "big" boss thinks the sun shines out of this guys *** and will not have anything bad said about him.
I'm on to a loser there Homer. I have kept certain bits and pieces of "evidence" of things that have happened in the past because I know that sooner or later the [****] is going to hit the fan, things are that bad.
But I don't like causing problems and over the past year or two it has just been a case of keeping my head down and trying to get on with my job to the best of my abilities. But it's just one thing after another with this bloke. He has made my life a bloody misery.
