Really, so you would be able to identify every non conforming ball/club just by looking at them.
No I wouldn't, but there are lists so it's black and white, they are either conforming or otherwise, no grey area.
I just can't see any positive aspects of allowing equipment that contains non-conforming features which are able to be used surreptitiously,or even by accident.
We can't carry an extra club and just say we won't use it, as soon as we tee off with 15 clubs we are penalised, Ian Woosnam anybody??? So why be allowed to use devices with non-conforming functions?
