The OP did seem to have a history of moaning about custom fitting. His post history shows several posts asking about fitting and fitters and several posts about "poor" fitting experiences.
Fair play to the guy from Silvermere who came on and tried to put things right. Unfortunately the OP disappeared off into the sunset and didn't have the decency to respond to the Silvermere offer or make further comment telling of what Silvermere did to rectify the situation.
Given that this post is almost six months old and that Silvermere did come out and publicly try to rectify the situation with the OP, the thread is going to be locked and allowed to drift off back into the archives.
