Morning all,
It's the 36-hole Club Champs for me this weekend so thought I'd offer up 3 TM Penta balls and a pack of 4 Sharpie mini-pens for whoever is closest to predicting my score.

Below is all the info you need from which to make your prediction of an overall 36-hole gross score, plus separate Saturday and Sunday 18s to be used in the event of a tie!

Handicap: : 5
Course: Foxbridge GC (9 holes), W Sussex - 6,236 yards, par 72, SSS 70
Same tees for both nines, different pins
In the right conditions two of the par 4s and both par 5s can be reachable (in two obviously for the par 5s, not one!)

2010 competition record
Only played four rounds as below:-
18th April - 39 points
23rd May - 86 gross (don't ask, don't want to talk about it)
20th June - 36 points
8th August - 77* gross (* actually shot 73 but presence of 15 clubs in bag resulted in a 4-shot penalty)

Other useful info
* Current form very in and out and no real consistency
* Won't have picked up a club for 12 days prior to 8.00am tee-time tomorrow
* Early start and 45-minute drive could leave very limited time for any kind of pre-round warm-up
* Current Metcheck forecast - 15 deg C, 4-5mph wind, fairly sunny

Highly possible - 200-yard par 3 with water short and right. Green is actually quite big but it doesn't seem that way on the tee - pretty daunting hole into the wind...

Yes - me!

In one of my comp rounds there this year (think it was the 39-pointer) I hit a nice wedge into the 1st to about 10ft and was a bit miffed when no-one said 'good shot'...
You've guessed it - wrong flag! The right one was just at the top of the tier leaving me an impossible first putt across the slope. Left it down the bottom with that one and three more shots later walked off with a double-bogey 6 having been eyeing up a nice birdie chance on my way up to the green.

Haven't done it since...
