Brand New Tee

Well it's now in play. A new three tier tee for our second hole. It looks fabulous. BUT. You knew this was coming. It's changed a tricky tee shot into a flick at the big tree to the right of the green as this sits on a big right to left sloping hill that slopes tooooowaaaaarrrdssssss the green. Apparently this used to be the tee for this hole but it was taken out of play as EVERYONE just flicked any club at the ball towards the tree, and now at huge cost that the club had to borrow money for, it's back, and it rubbish.

Put some sort of hazard between the slope and the green, or let the grass grow on the slope.

So, it was there, removed, then rebuilt. Where is in relation to the other tees... left? right? short? long?

What sort of club borrows money to put a new tee in?
