I am researching a pair of golf gloves for a senior golfer. He uses a buggy so his hands tend to get cold. He plays in all weather conditions so a pair of winter gloves which also act as rain gloves would be very useful. Any advice on what to buy would be appreciated.

rain gloves provide grip in the rain - but do not do so by keeping water out

warmth comes as a by-product of dry

the two don't go together

by far the best solution is a really good pair of windpproof mittens to be maintained on the buggy - the leaves the player free to utilise his preferred 'rain' solution from a grip perspective
