Would somebody please remind me of the high limit of low handicap players whose handicap changes have to be referred to the Area Authority for review before implementation (as Cat 1 now).

I seem to remember 0.7 or 1.7.

New to me but was it anything to do with transition reviews?

I just got the impression that although Cats were disappearing they still wanted county to have some control of the handicaps of very low handicapped players.

I'll ask the boss in the morning if he remembers .

Not that urgent I am just preparing briefs for the members and this will be in one of that later ones.

If you are refering to elite golfers I believe it scratch (0.0) for men and 2 for ladies

Don't believe counties are a referal point under WHS

Thanks, that will do for the moment, easy to change when the manual comes out. At this time that will only affect a very few golfers here.
