I'll start, World of Golf in Clydebank is now £7.50 for 100 balls. I think that's quite steep.

Las Colinas charge 5€ for 55 balls, that would be £4.20 and £7.64 for 100! However, they are TaylorMade range balls and it does cover the use of the chipping green and putting green.

Las Ramblas is 1€ for 22 balls, which is £4 for 100.

My local Pedham Place is cheap if you do it right. They have happy hours from 12 till 2 and 5 till 7 every day. If you buy a 5 vend range card and use it during happy hour you get 150 balls for £3.50. Excellent value

Aylesbury Golf Centre. - £3 for 80 or £2 for 45.
Trouble is that about 30% of the balls are useless to the point of needing the bin.
You do, however, get some real balls in there plus the odd ProV from a big hook on the 18th hole so sometimes very cheap....

But Las Ramblas has no cover. After 5 balls I was dripping with sweat.

My two local ranges are £4 for 80 and £6 for 90. Neither has that great balls but the latter does have a grass hitting area and a chipping green.

Fairways driving range on the A406 3 pound for 30 , 5 for 60 , 7 for 90 , 9 for 120

I think that's steep

Cheaper with a loyalty card

Hedge End in hampshire is about 7.50 for 100 balls...

Which are only half decent, only the non-auto ball feed bays are worth using and you cannot see your ball land half the time when on the bottom level :(

I go to chandlers ford golf academy which is a quirky place but has friendly, helpful staff and a good set of regulars.

On the other end of the scale,at my club you get 30 balls for £1!!! Great stuff eh? Every ball a bit different from the last, with some good uns thrown in for good measure!

Clays Golf Wrexham.
£3.00 (30 Balls)
£4.00 (50 Balls)
£5.00 (90 Balls)
They also have happy hour, and they also have a Range Card (Put £20 on the card and get £40 credit)

John Reay's in Coventry is £6 for 100, however they have recently replaced all of the worn ones with Srixon range balls - which they do quite regularly to be fair. If you pay up front on a range card you get extra credit that reduces the overall cost so if you use the range regularly it can be a decent saving.l
