Whiplash

Someone crashed into the back of my car at the start of the month and gave me whiplash. Not feeling up to getting back on the range/course yet but absolutely killing me not being able to.

Anyone else had similar and if they did how long did it take to get back out there?

And does anyone have any tips to speed things up?

Happened to me about 25 years ago , seemingly i already had some wear and tear in my neck , and this crash made it worse. I didn't play for a few weeks, but it helped keep my head still , when i did start to play.
I still have limited neck turning ability.
The other drivers insurance paid for repairs to my works van and i got £5000 injury compensation.

This. Get medical advice rather than risking exacerbating anything you've done already. It may simply take some manipulation to get everything re-aligned to let you play or it may be a case of longer term rest but stick to whatever they tell you
