Just watching the BMW PGA on sky and watching Rory's group tee off, and noticed that Ivor Robson isn't announcing the players, he was certainly there last week in Spain .

Very unusual for him to miss an event

But he was there last week. Seems funny to be there (unless he's retired to Spain!) and not at Wentworth

I think I remember reading in an interview with Ivor (possibly in GM) that he is actually employed by Rolex and is only the starter in events officially sponsored by Rolex.

A search on Twitter shows a few tweets from El Prat GC where the Spanish Open was, which say that Ivor was taken to hospital during the Spanish Open and was released again. He must be recovering.
