What's the best way to cool down after a round?

Therres only one way i can cool down after a bad round of golf.
I bascially find a less capable golfer and tell them how terrible they are
makes me feel way better

Shame we don't have a pond near the 18th - a quick dip in that will cool you down.

And probably result in a few interesting diseases too.......

Never a beer, as I wont drink when I'm driving so it'll be a pint of some soft drink or maybe a mug of tea

has anyone ever really enjoyed the sunshine when a bad round is unfolding?

or do you feel the demonic crushing yellow ball of fury is the agent provacatuer that conspired to undermine your effort and is only vanquished by bubbly fluid and a steak BBQ'd?

had a wee cider today but when it got home it made me want to lie down for half an hour. killer heat there today. glad ihad the factor 30 on.

i normally glug a quick half of a soft drink then follow it with a nice refreshing pint of either lager or on real hot days its a cider. Reason for this is if i go straight for the pint its gone too fast and i just want another 1 haha

Usually a diet coke. I've been trying those Icoco drinks that Jason Dranfield was going on about a while back. Coconut water and very, very tasty on a scorching day and apparently better than Powerade or those other drinks. Got mine in Waitrose and they definite rehydrate
