• We'd like to take this opportunity to wish you a Happy Holidays and a very Merry Christmas from all at Golf Monthly. Thank you for sharing your 2025 with us!

What's in your pockets on the course?

Mostly with the lads from work, so around Leeds..... last few rounds have been Oulton Hall, Manor and Darrington.

Couple of mates just getting into too so more local coming up.....

What about you?

I'm not a member anywhere. I play Woolley & Sandhill mostly.play Hickleton every now & then. 9 holer at Manvers is worth a try if you haven't already.

I live only a few miles from Sandhill and played Woolley years ago when it was first opened, but not since i've restarted (i know a member though). I've used the range at Manvers but not tried the 9 holer yet, but have been up to Hillies a few times with a mate who's just starting out - he hasn't felt ready for a full course yet, but this weekend he's moving up and were on Rother Valley!

Left pocket: Pitch mark repairer
Right pocket:
a coin to mark my ball unless it's attached to cap
some tees

Rear Left: Glove (Between shots and when putting)

Normally, tees and pitch repairer and marker in front right. Scorecard and pencil back right and glove in back left when putting.
Def never a spare ball, see that as being negative when over a tee shot
