We've got a straightforward 18 hole Stableford off our short winter course.

Feeling good after 31, 34, 32, 31 last few weeks over 16 holes so........Prediction = 37 pts...... will settle for the fiver we play for though!!

Actual result = 36 pts....... and lost the fiver.

Predicted 37/38 points,actually hit 35,13 points on the front 9 and 22 points coming in,played the back 9 in 1 over so quite pleased,see what happens in the winter league in the morning!!...

Playing Saturday, hoping for a 4BBB game, not sure yet if it's on but will preidct a 2&1 win for that and one under my handicap for my round, 84 net 71.

Ended up as a 3 ball so we played skins (10p a skin and 10p bits, big league).
I cleaned up with 39 points from an 82 for 69 nett, and that inlcuded four 3 putts...

Stableford comp tomorrow, sitting here now after a couple of glasses of wine, I feel like I'll shoot a PB but I'll probably end up with 32 points, 2 blobs and .1 back.

My result, 31 points, 4 blobs and .1 back. Not a bad guess.

12 handicap and 4 No scores? are you going through a bad patch or are you inconsistent?

Let's just say it was one of the most bizarre front nines I've ever played. I started bogey, blob, par, blob, birdie, blob. On 2 I thinned a bunker shot OB, on 4 I hit one of the worst iron shots I've hit for about 4 years OB and on 6 I plugged my tee shot under the lip of a bunker and really had nowhere to go.

Apart from that it really wasn't that bad. I think perhaps I should have warmed up properly beforehand.

Just playing a bounce game on Sunday morning with my mate, so am going to say gross 89 (nett 67) which may be ambitious as it'll be the first outing for the new driver I bought today.

Well, finished with a 93, nett 71, which is Par golf but didn't hit the ball at all well today. Few good strikes with the new driver and without doubt getting another 15-20 yards over my old G10, but everything else was a bit hit and miss.

Playing with my brother in law again on Sunday. I should win about 3 & 2. He's even worse than me. I'm hoping to beat 110 for the first time as I have had some great sessions at the range this week. I'll probablly score 111.

I've just had a blinder, beat my brother in law 9&8. Unfortunately I couldn't complete a score as I picked up on the 14th having put 3 balls out of bounds, but I scored 50 on the front 9 which is the harder 9, and I parred 2 of the holes on the back 9. I think I got too exited and realised I had a genuine chance of breaking 100 for the first time and lost it a bit. However I am ecststic with how I played

Well, I predicted (or hoped for) 110, I actually scored 119, but for the very first time I managed to use the same ball all the way round. So still chuffed with that.

Just a friendly knock on sunday. I'm aiming for 2 over par 73.

After playing like an absolute tool I finished up with a 10 over par 81.
I actually managed to miss 6 greens from within 120yds

Monthly Medal tomorrow morning and I'll go for a net 68 (wishful thinking)

Just a knock about on Sunday with HID and my daughter.

Medal cancelled due to frost = Temp greens

Didn't bother going out Sunday, and hit the driving range instead.

Well I did all of the above and played to the buffer, so I will take that.
