What HC would you have if you didn't practice?

From me, it's more a question of what handicap would I be if I did practice!

prob about the same as i don't tend to practice anyway, i do play at least 3 times a week though, so maybe 6 or 7 with just twice a month

Same as I play off now,practice bores me so I don't tend to do it.
I prefer to play 9 holes rather than go to the range.

or everyone is under a 16 handicap already

I put 26-28 category. If I didn't practice I would be a high handicapper. that is for sure. I'm not blessed with lots of ability but have a good work ethic and rely on lessons to get me swinging somewhere near correctly!

I said 6-9.

I don't practice a lot now, but do a little, and play twice a week most weeks.

I reckon if I only played once a week and didn't practice in-between, I would comfortably stay single figures until age or injury caught up with me.

Once you can play to a handicap, it takes a lot of bad swings to suddenly get 5+ shots worse. The golf brain still works, you just can't execute quite as well.

I hardly play anymore have played a total of 12 times in the last 2 years on society days.
last played a couple of weeks ago and shot 37 points playing off 8.
I could be quite good if I had time to play lol
