im finding it hard to not eat so much, i dont pig out but i eat larger than what i am doing, still very hungry!

Are you drinking much water while slimming?

When you’re feeling hungry, drink water. The sensation of thirst is often confused with hunger. True hunger will not be satisfied by drinking water. Drinking water may also contribute to a healthy weight loss plan, as some research suggests drinking water will help you feel full.

Have a glass of water and wait 10-15 minutes. If you're still hungry have a small snack. Hydration is very important, especially when dieting.
