Well it's here.

The first weekly weigh in thread. How did everyone do?

What was your starting weight?

What is your currnent weight (....As of 09/01/12)

I'll go first then, but it's a real slow start.
Start weight - 228
Todays weight - 225

This week is going to be a killer as i'm driving down to Paris tonight, and those darn frenchies aren't known for their health foods.. Still, i'm gonna target 222 by next Monday....

I do not get the time to exercise but I have cut down on the stuff I eat at work as my partner does slimming world so I eat healthy at home. Not had any alcohol this week either. Last week at work I cut out all the chocolate and crisps which add up to 15 bars of chocolate and around 10 bags crisps and instead of 4 weetabix in the morning I am having 2.
 
Last Monday 16 stone 2 & 1/2. Today 16 dead. I was losing a pound a day during the week but the weekends festivities took their toll! still, it wont be like that every weekend (I hope!).
 
i forgot to weigh myself this morning,i'll do it tomorrow morning but i'm not expecting much after spending the weekend over in mull eating lots of crap :(
 
Starting this today. (I guess I'm one of the bigger chaps on here)

Starting Weight 09/01/2012- 19st 10lb
Target Weight is 15st. Target date is October this year.
I tend not to loose weight quickly, but I've started making a note of everything I eat. (Not a big eater but my main meal portions could be smaller)
 
This 2-3lb a week thing is proving difficult. I only managed a lb.... on.

Last week 16st 12lbs

Today 16st 13lbs.

The good news is I finished the last of the Xmas chocs last night.
 
I lost 2 pound this week must have dropped from my pocket.

No chance of loosing weight at the moment as I have just had my right knee replaced - by god its painful. No Golf for at least 4 months not sure which hurts more!
