Well, second week in and it's still going well. Managed another 1.75lb off this week. Still going in the right direction.

Almost up to my five-a-day with the fruit and veg. Unheard of for a Scot ;)

Started to step up the exercise this week with more time on the bike and cross trainer when at the gym.

How are the rest of you guys doing ?
 
First weigh in last week was 18st 12lb

Magical scales this morning read 18 st 6lb

So 6lb shifted already - but Jeez I miss chocolate
 
Weighed in at 15st 7lbs today. Have lost 3lbs.

Should be able to get back out running (jogging) the end of the week so that should help.

DCB, You're no wrong re fruit and veg must definetly be a scots thing!

I have really struggled with my five a day, 3 chocolate oranges and 2 strawberry milkshakes but it's worth the punishment for a trimmer figure. ;)

Started 13st 8lbs still the same ,ah well always next week. And have been getting my 5 a day as well 4 bottles of Magners and a banana ;).
With all this gym work think the fats turned to muscle :)
