Johnson's won around Pebble recently so he knows the score. Tiger's got a lot of work to do as has Gmac. If Johnson can put together a round under par it'll take something extra special to beat him from here.
Would be great if Gmac can get there but the pressure will tell. He realistically needs a sub-par round to even challenge - assuming Johnson doesn't blow-up.

So maybe Tiger's presence might actually help GMac take advantage, if Johnson feels more pressure because of it ?

I wish Ernie and Phil M were just a shot or two nearer.

Looking at the leaderboard, if GMac can't take it, then I suppose Johnson is best choice - he's played some darn good stuff to get where he is.
