TV Series - What Are You Watching?

Started watching the new Martin Compston thing called Fear, few episodes in, can’t see sticking much more of it it’s pretty rubbish
Was going to download a few episodes for an upcoming flight, but don’t think I’ll bother now. I thought it looked ok from the clips of Gogglebox, but I did have to laugh at the weirdo boasting about licking her vanilla slice 😂

Ended up finishing this, surprisingly stayed terrible till the end. Avoid

Just watching Ep1 of "Adolescent" on NFlix.
Is there anyone out there with experience who can tell me that the portrayed apprehension, arrest and processing of a 13yr old is realistic?

The Au Pair - typical Channel 5 rubbish. Gets more and more unbelievable with shocking over acting. This time I mean it! No more Channel 5 "dramas"!!

We'll remind you of this 🤭

I said the same a while about the Harlen Cobban series that netflix churn out. Been disappointed too often so I go upstairs and watch something else when my wife watches them now. And yes, she still says the endings are rubbish 😄

Really, it's a drama, what do you expect? So I don't know what you mean with your comment
"Shocking over acting".
It's the same with the earlier comment re. OTT acting on the adolescent drama.
It's always going to be dramatic,
It's a "Drama"! 😁

Ummm. It is meant to be believable surely...character completely overdoes the change from nice guy to murderous git - way OTT.

Anyway. Whatever. Not for me.

My Mrs saw this and watched a little of one episode and thinks it's the sort of thing she'll like...so I've had to register for 5 catch up so she can watch from ep 1. I won't be watching. Front room for me watching whatever I know Mrs won't be interested in - which is anything with a Sci-Fi and most things with a dystopian or armageddon aspect to it.

Candy: A Death in Texas on Channel 4. Seen a previous series about this true story. So even though I knew the outcome it was still a good watch.
